Port Stephens District is utilising the Port Stephens Amateur Radio Club (John Proctor VK2DLP-Secretary PSAMRC) in the provisions of amateur radio operators and equipment for our 2024 JOTA/JOTI weekend at 1st Tilligerry Scout Hall Tanilba Bay.

We will be holding day sessions between 10:00 and 15:00 Saturday and Sunday for those wishing to attend.

Groups are also invited to camp if they wish.

We will have 

• Day attendance 10:00 to 15:00

• Unit Camping Saturday to 15:00 Sunday

• several radios and operators operating on different bands for JOTA

• multiple computers/tablets for JOTI

• communication related activity bases

• making a LED signal light

• day time radio operation

• we are working on having operators available into the evening looking for international contacts

• A campfire on Saturday night
