Description:
This activity site will be operating 18th Oct from 10am till 5pm.
There will be a range of radios setup and other related activities to try out.
We plan to be using frequencies in 40m, 15m, 10m, 2m & 70cm bands using SSB on HF as well as FM, DMR, DStar and C4FM via repeaters/internet linking and possibly DMR hotspot (VK-DMR / Brandmeister) with VK/WW JOTA Scout talk groups.
We will also have SSTV, FT8, JS8Call and other digital modes available for the Scouts to explore.
Operations start at 10am and concluded at 5pm drop-in throughout the day.
